56.03.060 Reconsideration of Denial
(a) An applicant denied a Marijuana Employee License following normal Commission procedures may seek reconsideration of such decision to the full Commission by filing a written petition for reconsideration with the Commission Chairman, and copying the Tribal Chairman, within thirty (30) calendar days of service of the written notice of decision. If a petition for reconsideration is not filed within such time, the Commission's decision shall be final.
(b) Following review of the petition for reconsideration, the Council may issue the Marijuana Employee License subject to such conditions as it deems reasonable under the circumstances to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the Tribe and its tribal members or it may deny the issuance of the Marijuana Employee License for any of the grounds specified in this title. The decision of the Council shall be final and not subject to judicial review.
