6.07.060 Notice to Quit; When Required; When and How Served

In all cases arising under subsections (d), (e), and (f) of Section 6.07.050, a ten (10) day written notice to quit must be given to the Indian Lessee, Indian subtenant or Indian party in possession before proceedings can be instituted. Such notice may be served and returned as a summons is served and returned.
