6.07.070 Forcible Detainer or Eviction

Any Indian person who fails to comply with the judgment or order of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court shall be charged with a violation of Section 26.06.020 of this Code and, in addition, shall be forcibly ejected from the land, building or other possessions listed in the judgment or order of the Court, by Police Officers of the Branch of Law and Order or by persons designated by the Court.
